For our Account management department we are looking for a new co-worker! You will join an enthusiastic and tight knit team that is always willing to help each other. Are your communication and problem solving skills strong? Do you have a minimum of 3 years experience within Account Management? Sales experience is also very beneficial. 


Job description

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product suite. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face whilst ensuring they get the benefit from the tools we provide. The overall objectives are to retain and grow the customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their Marketing needs using our feature rich product suite
  • Managing your named account list to ensure the needs of all clients are met
  • Liaise with other departments to assist the client in answering queries
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
  • Forecast to the business upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • An ability to understand the structure of client organisations and have the appropriate contacts
  • Be part of a dynamic and energetic team

Job requirements

  • Previous account management experience
  • Background in Marketing not essential
  • Able to embrace our technology/products and their rich features
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Experience of using a CRM system
  • Great time management is essential in our dynamics environment
  • Sales experience
  • Hybrid role - 2/3 days a week in Guildford
